BED & CHAIR OCCUPANCY DETECTION ALARMS

The RCG1 is a bed exit detection kit with a portable wireless alarm pager. The kit comprises of: 1 x bed sensor mat, 1 x alarm transmitter unit, 1 x alarm pager with tone and vibration alert. The bed sensor is positioned under the users bed mattress. When the person is in bed, the monitor transmitter detects their weight. When the person rises from their bed an alarm signal is transmitted to the alarm pager (range 150M). The monitor transmitter has options for when the alarm is transmitted. Instantly on bed exit or 15 minute delayed alarm. This feature allows sufficient time for the person to visit the WC etc. If they fail to return before expiry of the delay, the alarm signal is transmitted to the pager. The RCG2 uses a chair sensor for use under the chair cushion with alarms generated in the same way as the RCG 1. The pager operates from 2 x AA batteries, monitor transmitter, 1 x 9V PP3 battery. All batteries included.

MPP-DOOR is a simplistic kit that comprises of ; 1 x door alarm transmitter, 1 x MPP tone/vibration alert pager. When it is necessary to detect a person opening a door, either an internal or exit door, this kit provides a reliable solution. The transmitter unit is powered by 1 x A23 12 V battery that can last up to a year. Pager powered by 2 x AA batteries. All batteries included.

CTM-2 VOICE ALARM - SENSOR INPUT TRIGGERED VOICE MEMO PLAYER

The CTM-2 is a versatile alarm monitor that allows warning messages to be recorded and played back when an alarm is triggered. The CTM-2 can be used with a bed occupancy sensor to provide a spoken warning to be played when a person rises from their bed. A gentle reminder in a friendly voice can warn a person to stay in bed, turn the light on if the room is dark and they need to leave the room, or remember to check the time before they get up for the day.

The CTM-2 can also be used with a PIR movement sensor, CTM-PIR. The combination of these two products provides a multitude of warning options. As an example; with the PIR mounted so that it views a building exit door and a message recorded “ don’t forget your keys if you go out”, or “don’t let strangers into the house”, as the person walks into the detection beam the message will be played back once only. The PIR has software that prevents the alarm from repeating for three minutes to avoid confusing the user.
